Mark Casey
MBA, LEED® Green Associate
With 25 years of experience in the commercial and investment real estate field, Mark has successfully assists a wide range of entrepreneurs, private and public companies, as well as non-profit organizations, in successfully leasing over one million square feet of commercial and industrial space.
Mark began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company as a leasing agent in Charlotte, NC, where he became one of the companies top leasing agents. Later, he joined The Neenan Company where in a variety of leadership roles over a twelve year period, giving him a deep understanding of the architecture, construction and project finance.
Mark holds an MBA degree from the Colgate Darden School at the University of Virginia and a BS Degree from the University of Missouri. He is a graduate of Authentic Leadership Program at Naropa University, and has also done advanced studies in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.
He is a LEED Green Associate through the U.S. Green Building Council, and an active member of Boulder Green Building Guild.
Mark holds memberships in the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers and Commercial Brokers of Boulder. He is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Collins Class of 1987-88, and served on the City of Fort Collins Water Board from 1989-92. From 2009 -2011, Mark served as a technical team member of the City of Boulder's Climate Action Plan, to reduce the energy consumption and carbon footprint of Boulder's commercial building stock.
Mark is a former U.S. Marine infantry officer, having attained the rank of Captain. While honoring national and world service, Mark is deeply committed to peaceful conflict resolution. Ever the life-long student, He has continues to study and integrate the works of Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication, The Work of Byron Katie, BalancedView.org, Reggie Ray and Eckhart Tolle's.
For relaxation he enjoys yoga, dancing, hiking and personal growth workshops.

Dan Tweeton
With over 23 years of experience in construction and real estate development, Dan has successfully assisted a wide range of private developers, public companies, and government entities.
With a broad range of experience in commercial office, retail, hospitality, industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects, Dan brings valuable insight to the analysis and development of high-performance buildings. Corporations that Dan has served include AWWA, Quantum, Agilent, Storagetek, and New Belgium Brewing.
As a LEED-Accredited Professional, Dan helps companies analyze and develop investment properties with high triple-bottom-line returns. Through his affiliated company Verde LLC, he assists individuals, companies, and municipalities with the real estate development and construction management services for green buildings.
Dan holds an engineering degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska. He is a graduate of the Leadership Fort Collins Class of 2004-05 and serves on the Fort Collins Chamber Environmental Committee. He also continues his education in green building as well as self-directed IRA investments.
Dan's interests include coaching youth soccer, playing old-guy hockey, flyfishing, sailing, and biking. He lives with his wife and two children in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Marshall Keneipp
Mr. Keneipp has over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, and has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years. He has been a real estate investor specializing in residential income properties and has served as real estate investment advisor for over 15 years. Marshall is also a registered professional engineer and has worked on a wide range of building design projects and has been a management consultant on energy efficiency and renewable energy planning and policy development projects. He has a strong commitment to green building and green real estate investment practices.
As part of his personal real estate investments, he has formed several successful real estate investment partnerships involving the acquisition, management, sale and exchange of multiple properties. In the field of energy engineering, he has established a reputation as a recognized expert in energy efficiency and renewable energy and has worked for a wide range of entities including private sector real estate developers, public utilities, and government agencies and bodies. His was a founder and director of a successful energy consulting company, Summit Blue Consulting, and formerly worked as a commercial building design engineer. Earlier in his career, he worked as an electrician and owned and operated a successful electrical contracting company.
Marshall holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado. Marshall's other interests include yoga, meditation, music, writing and a variety of outdoor activities.
